Affiliated Appraisers is a division of Affiliated Real Estate Group of Ottawa (1997) Inc. The company was founded on June 19, 1979 and moved to its new premises in Westboro on December 1, 1997. Since its founding, the company's appraisers have been members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and each one carries liability insurance.
Affiliated Appraisers has grown to become the largest appraisal firm in Ottawa. With the continued expansion in both the residential and commercial departments, we offer an extensive and varied range of experience in the real estate appraisal and consulting field.
We specialize in, but are not limited to, asset valuation, relocations, property assessment appeals, power of sales, separation of Assets, estate planning, reseve fund studies and replacement cost appraisals for Insurance purposes. We operate mainly within the National Capital Region but have varied experience in other municipalities. The company has become renowned for its professionalism in real estate appraising and consulting with a large and diversified clientele.
