Affiliated Appraisers is very concerned about the protection of your personal information. By personal information, we mean any information about you, including your name, personal contact information, home address, information concerning the value of your home, its contents, and your personal financial information. We will take reasonable steps to remove personally identifying information from this data. We may also disclose your personal information where we are required or permitted to do so by law.
SAFEGUARDS
We will use every effort to safeguard the information which you provide us with. Sensitive personal information will be kept in locked cabinets. We will not send nor solicit unencrypted email correspondence with highly sensitive personal information such as credit card data. We will ensure that our computer networks are equipped with firewalls, that networks are password protected, and that files containing your personal information are only accessible by those who require them for the delivery of our services.
